1. You will receive a black and color KM Bizhub C3350i device with the following specifications:

  • Ultra-fast speed of 25 pages per minute in black.
  • Automatic 100-sheet duplex document scanner
  • 3x paper sources: 2 x 550 sheets + 110 manual sheets
  • Ultra-fast network color scanner module: 100ipm/200ipm scanning speed for originals per minute.
  • Optional built-in fax machine
  • Large 10-inch screen

2. You receive the following warranties:

  • Full warranty of 66 months or the number of copies specified in point 3.
  • Warranty including all mechanical parts and supplies.
  • Warranty including on-site labor.
  • Warranty includes an initial network installation.
  • Remote management GO MPS.

3. You receive the following free copies for the duration of the 60-month term:

  • All necessary supplies to make up to 200,000 black prints.
  • All necessary supplies to make up to 60,000 color prints.

4. Quel est mon paiement mensuel fixe ?

Pre-authorized payment of only: $279.00 per month.

5. What are the costs if I exceed my limit of free prints in my worry-free program?

The cost per additional print will be calculated as follows:

  • 1.6¢ per black print (warranty extension)
  • 10¢ per color print (warranty extension)
  • Monitored and managed through the GO MPS manager.
  • Sales taxes extra.

6. What happens after the 60-month term?

  • Option A: GO MPS will retrieve the device, and our mutual obligations are terminated.
  • Option B: You can purchase the device for the sum of $650.00 and renew a maintenance contract as needed.

7. What are the additional options and what are their costs?

  • 2x 550-sheet drawers (up to 11x17)
